CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a solo esthetician, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared for in advance, and late cancellations or no-shows leave a space that can be difficult to fill. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened in order to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. The full service price will still apply. Arrivals that are too late to safely or properly complete the service may be considered a late cancellation. Emergencies & Illness I completely understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with Alexie Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
